A Wellness Retreat in Paradise
Escape to tropical paradise with Anna and Renah for 5 days and 4 nights on the Pacific coast of El Salvador. From the moment you arrive, the ocean breeze and sound of crashing waves set the tempo. Our days are a seamless blend of movement, mindfulness, and self-exploration. This is an invitation to rest, reset, and return to yourself. Our morning ritual will consist of yoga, breathwork, meditation, and self study in our dreamy, open-air oceanfront shala. Anna and Renah’s classes encourage you to open your heart, discover your edge, and awaken your most liberated self. Show up exactly as you are, drop into your body, and connect to your intuition with deep, music-driven experiences.Off of the mat, we’ll enjoy delicious, farm-to-table meals as we connect with one another. We will hike lush tropical trails to local waterfalls and explore a neighboring town. In the spirit of loving-kindness (Metta), Anna and Renah have organized an optional community service activity at a nearby dog shelter. We will also take part in a traditional temazcal ceremony – an ancient, powerful ritual of purification and renewal.Free time is woven into the schedule, allowing you the opportunity to get a massage, lounge by the infinity pool, or even book a mini photoshoot with our group’s photographer. If you’re craving adventure, sign up for a surf lesson, horseback ride on the beach, or explore contrast therapy with the resort’s sauna and cold plunge.Let go of the pressures of everyday life, reconnect with yourself and nature, and give yourself the gift of true presence.

We will be happy to help you book additional experiences such as horseback riding on the beach, massages, surf lessons, etc.
